Healthy Recipes That Are Super Easy To Make At Home

Are you tired of gaining weight but don’t have the motivation to eat healthy? Many people struggle with this every day and think of it as a burden. But eating healthy can actually be a fun and creative process! This doesn’t mean restricting yourself from delicious foods. On the contrary, you can explore recipes that are both healthy and delicious! Below are a few healthy dessert recipes that are so easy to try in your own kitchen!

S’MORES COOKIE SKILLET

1 egg (or sub flax egg: 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed)
1 tbsp unsweetened nut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup cashew butter (or sub any nut or seed butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour (Bob’s Red Mill finely ground almond flour works best!)
2 scoops collagen peptides (completely optional. Can leave out and substitute 1 additional tbsp almond flour)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
One 2.5oz chocolate bar (I typically use Eating Evolved signature dark) can substitute with 1/2 cup chocolate chips
4 marshmallows, cut into 1/8’s
2 graham crackers, cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp flakey sea salt
8-9 inch cast-iron skillet (can use a loaf tin, cake round, baking dish, etc)

Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
Cookie Dough
1 egg
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled to room temp
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp almond flour
pinch flakey sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped (or substitute 1/3 cup chocolate chips)
Topping
pinch flakey sea salt
3-4 tbsp additional chocolate chunks

Fudge Cherry Brownie Skillet (GF, Dairy-free)

Brownie Skillet
2 eggs
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 cup tart cherries, canned in water (drained and roughly chopped)
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chunks
Chocolate Drizzle

Healthy Twix Bars

Ingredients
Shortbread Layer
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp honey, warmed (I love Wedderspoon Manuka honey) feel free to sub maple syrup
Caramel Layer
1/2 cup almond butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
pinch sea salt
Chocolate Layer
One 2.5 oz dark chocolate bar (I used Eating Evolved Signature Dark) Or sub 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp flakey sea salt
